I Have A Small Fender Guitar Amp.?
when it’ s on i get the local radio station coming through real loud and clear. how can i stop it?

First you must see if the FM signal is picked up by the amp or by the guitar or cable.Unplug the cable and switch on the amp and if the FM radio is still picked up then the amp is the problem.If not change the guitar cable and check the guitar for loose wire,mostly the ground wire(the shield)!
If is the amp then the problem is a little complicated because first you must see which stage of the amp pick up the FM signal and then shield it or insert a RF filter and this requires some electronics knowledge!!!
If it only happens when the guitar is connected, then try a new guitar cable or a better cable. That might help.
If it happens with no guitar cable connected, then that’s just weird. You may have to just put up with it or buy another amp.
I bet its an AM station.
